You lie on the warm Bio Mat while the 360 Full Body Red Light shines from above. Both give red and near infrared light, between 650 and 850 nanometres.
The warmth of the mat lets you settle. The light itself is not hot.
You wear eye protection, lie back and rest while the light runs.
