The treatment
A Cocoon ritual
Your therapist works in long, flowing Balinese strokes. With them come the tools of Asian massage: wraps, warm compresses, sound therapy and vibrational tools where your muscles ache.
Like every Cocoon massage, it ends with a Tibetan head massage and a Kobido facial massage. The oils are essential oils from Bali and Thailand, among them ylang-ylang, lemongrass, jasmine, ginger and nutmeg.
Before you lie down, your therapist asks what pressure you like and where you hold tension, and chooses the tools for you.
Is it right for you?
