Terms and Conditions
Your use of and access to this site is subject to the following terms and conditions as well as other terms and policies you may find on the Site (collectively the “Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Appointments
If you would like to add, change or cancel any bookings or treatments, please give at least 24 hours notice by email or telephone.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete our consultation form and to relax in our lounge. Please note if you are running late, as a courtesy to all our clients, all treatments will be completed as scheduled.
- Cancellation policy
We have anticipated the following questions you might have about our Cocoon Medical Spa Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Please call us 24 hours prior to your appt. If you wish to reschedule.
No rescheduling will be allowed less than 24 hours in advance. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance.
- Payment for Services and Procedures
After mutually agreeing to the treatments, you will prepay for all treatments and your plan. Treatments cannot proceed without your agreement and payment.
Prices can change at any time. The final price you pay is the original price on the date when you made the booking. You are protected for any price rises after your booking is made.
- Prepaid Series Packages
After payment, we do not refund any packages/or part packages. We will gladly give you the opportunity to let friends or families use the remaining credits/sessions.
This cannot be used against any discounted treatments or be used in conjunction with any other offer, or gift certificate. Late cancellations could incur the forfeit of 1 part of the series if less than 24 hrs are given.
- Gift Vouchers
Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or used against other offers.
Our Gift Certificate are valid for 3 months or have set expiry dates. If you do not use the certificate prior to the expiry date, it will be irrecoverable.
Gift Certificates cannot be extended if you contact us after the expiry date. Charges may apply up to 50% of the gift certificate if 4 weeks extension is required prior expiry date.

Gift Certificate value or service can be changed if advised within 24 hours. Any cost incurred for the change like credit card processing fee, postage will be charged to client.
Vouchers paid via e-commerce or in person at our branch are subject to the same terms and conditions.
- Female and Male therapist
Cocoon Medical Spa employs both male and female therapists, and will place each patient with the therapist whose skills are best suited to the treatment requested. Please notify us if you have a preference for a therapist of a particular sex.
- Products
The products available on this site are NOT medical products. No claims or representations are being made as to any medically therapeutic properties or benefits associated with the products. Due to the nature of the products, all purchases are final and are not returnable or refundable. Please carefully consider all product information provided.
Before you make a purchase, note that you bear the risk that the product may not be suitable for you. If you are a first-time user, we strongly advise you to perform a skin patch test before using the product. If you develop any adverse reaction, do not continue to use the product. Seek medical treatment if your symptoms do not resolve satisfactorily.
- Accuracy of Information
Whilst we make every reasonable effort to update the information provided on this site, we do not warrant that the product descriptions and other information available on the Site are accurate, complete, current, or free from error. To the extent permitted by law, no representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever (whether express or implied) is being made in connection with the information on this site.
As individual response may differ (including the fact that some people may develop skin reactions or other adverse effects to the ingredients used in our products or in combination with other products being used by the individual), we make no guarantees, representations or warranties as to the effects of the products and services, and whether you may benefit from use. Please heed the advice and warnings with regards to testing the products for possible skin reactions, and seeking medical attention if in doubt.
- Privacy
The personal information that you provide when you use this site will be submitted to third parties only to facilitate payment of any purchases you make on the Site. The information will otherwise be kept confidential and will not be released to third parties without your consent. We may from time to time contact you to provide you with any news or updates regarding our products and services.
- Age limit
You may make an appointment at Cocoon Wellness Spa if you are over eighteen (18) years of age. Please do not register if you are below eighteen (18) years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service without prior notice if in our opinion there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions or that it would otherwise be in our interests to do so. 16–18 years must be accompanied by an adult and sign a consent form.
- Intellectual Property
All information and content available on the Site and its design and representation including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphics, images (the “Content”) is and remains the property of Cocoon Medical Spa ™ and is protected by law. Accordingly, no portion of the Content or Site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, modified or otherwise exploited for any purpose without our prior written consent.
- Third Party Links
We are not responsible for the contents of any off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from the Site. Any links that may appear on the Site are not to be taken in any way as an endorsement by us. In the event that you should decide to link to or from any off-website pages or otherwise websites, this shall be entirely at your own risk. In no way will we be responsible for examining or evaluating or making any representations with regards the subject of any off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from this site, nor do we assume any responsibility or liability for such pages and websites.
