The treatment
Deep work, with tools
Your therapist combines deeper massage techniques with tools from Asian massage: a bamboo stick, a Gua Sha stone and a reflexology tool. Which ones, and where, depends on you.
The aim is the knots and tension that a lighter massage does not reach. It ends with a Tibetan head massage and a Kobido facial massage.
Before you lie down, show your therapist where it aches and say how much pressure you are used to.
Is it right for you?
For tight, knotted muscles after training, travel or long days.
