The treatment

Dry or with oil

The dry massage is the old Thai way: clothed, on a mat on the floor, with no oil. Your therapist presses and stretches you with thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, feet and knees.

The oil massage uses essential oils, among them lemongrass and lavender, with acupressure and assisted yoga stretches. Our therapists also use Thai herbal compresses, a warm wheat pack, a Gua Sha and bamboo sticks.

For the dry massage we give you loose clothes to wear. For the oil massage you lie on a massage bed.
